Charlie Health’s clients were navigating intensive mental-health treatment with no single place to see what came next, who to turn to, or what to do in a crisis. In a three-month build — four weeks of it mine to design before engineering handoff — I led a client-and-family care hub that took the guesswork out of treatment and lifted consistent, on-time attendance by 60% among the clients who used it.
